Mae Sajjad Haider yn Uwch Ddarlithydd yn yr adran Marchnata a Strategaeth yn yr Ysgol Reoli, Prifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd. Cyn ymuno â Met Caerdydd, bu’n gweithio mewn nifer o brifysgolion gan gynnwys Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd, Prifysgol Napier Caeredin, Prifysgol Gofod Hong Kong, Prifysgol King Abdulaziz a Phrifysgol Gwyddorau Rheolaeth Lahore (LUMS). Mae wedi dysgu Busnes Rhyngwladol, Rheolaeth Strategol, Rheolaeth a Datblygiad Sefydliadol, ac Entrepreneuriaeth ac Arloesi ar lefelau israddedig, ôl-raddedig a doethuriaeth. Mae ei ddiddordebau ymchwil ym meysydd Perthnasoedd rhyng-gadarn a mewnol, Rheoli Arloesedd, Gwneud Penderfyniadau, Rheoli Gweithrediadau, Dysgu a Dad-ddysgu, a Rheoli Gwybodaeth​.​
