​Darlithydd ymroddedig gyda hanes blaenorol a dros chwe blynedd o brofiad. Yn ogystal â’i chyfrifoldebau addysgu, mae hi hefyd wedi cymryd rôl arweinydd modiwl ac wedi cymryd rhan weithredol mewn amrywiol bwyllgorau academaidd. Mae ei chefndir addysgol yn cynnwys Doethuriaeth mewn Rheoli Prosiectau o Brifysgol Sain Malaysia, sydd yn safle rhif 147 yn y QS World Ranking. Ymhellach, mae hi wedi gwneud cyfraniadau sylweddol i’r maes trwy ei chyhoeddiadau mewn sawl cyfnodolyn ag enw da, gan gynnwys pob un o’r tri phrif gyfnodolyn rheoli prosiect. Mae ei gwaith eithriadol wedi cael ei gydnabod gyda gwobrau lluosog, gan gynnwys gwobr rhagoriaeth ymchwil. Yn ogystal â’i chyflawniadau addysgu ac ymchwil, mae hi hefyd wedi cael profiad gwerthfawr o oruchwylio prosiectau ymchwil a thraethodau ymchwil. Mae ei harbenigedd yn cael ei gydnabod ymhellach gan ei rôl fel adolygydd ar gyfer sawl cyfnodolyn, gan gynnwys yr International Journal of Project Management.​
