Fy rôl yng Nghanolfan Diwydiant Bwyd ZERO2FIVE 

Rwy'n aelod academaidd o staff ac yn faethegydd cofrestredig sydd â phrofiad ymchwil a darlithio sylweddol mewn Maeth (sylfaenol a chymhwysol gan gynnwys maeth chwaraeon), datblygu cynnyrch newydd a dadansoddi synhwyraidd. 
 
Rwy'n gynghorydd academaidd ar gyfer prosiectau Canolfan Diwydiant Bwyd ZERO2FIVE sy'n gofyn am fewnbynnau fel hyfforddiant dadansoddi synhwyraidd pwrpasol ar gyfer cwmnïau, ymchwil i'r farchnad a logisteg/agweddau technegol ar ddatblygu cynnyrch yn enwedig cynhyrchion â buddion honedig o ran maeth neu iechyd neu'r rhai sydd wedi'u cynllunio ar gyfer grwpiau oedran penodol.  Rwy'n dilysu dadansoddiad maethol a labelu maetholion cynhyrchion ac yn ymwneud â dadansoddiad synhwyraidd gan banel arbenigol. Rwyf wedi fy hyfforddi mewn fflebotomi ac yn helpu profi llwyth Glycemig (GL) bwydydd ar gyfer cwmnïau i'w galluogi i arddangos ffigurau GL credadwy ar eu cynhyrchion. 
 
Rwyf hefyd yn gynghorydd academaidd ar gyfer graddedigion sy'n ymgymryd â lleoliadau KITE/HELIX mewn diwydiant, gan weithio gyda dros 40 o gwmnïau dros y 20 mlynedd diwethaf. Mae'r profiad hwn yn llythrennol yn bwydo i mewn i'm gwaith o addysgu myfyrwyr gan ddarparu diweddariad proffesiynol parhaus.
