Mae Dr Nicola Williams-Burnett yn Uwch Ddarlithydd Marchnata Chwaraeon a'r Cyfryngau. Ar ôl graddio o Brifysgol Morgannwg gyda gradd BA Marchnata dosbarth 1af bu Nicola'n gweithio fel swyddog marchnata yn y diwydiant TG a rheolwr marchnata yn y diwydiant gweithgynhyrchu ac yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw cwblhaodd radd MSc mewn Marchnata gan raddio gyda rhagoriaeth. Yn 2013, cwblhaodd Nicola ei PhD 'A holistic study of the determinants of physical activity of women from South Wales'.

Wedi nifer o flynyddoedd mewn diwydiant symudodd Nicola i'r byd addysg uwch fel darlithydd ym Mhrifysgol Morgannwg am dair blynedd cyn symud i Brifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd i Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd am ddeng mlynedd. Roedd Nicola yn arweinydd modiwl ar draws rhaglenni israddedig ac ôl-raddedig. Bu'n Gyfarwyddwr Rhaglen ar gyfer pum gradd marchnata (Hysbysebu, Brand, Cysylltiadau Cyhoeddus Gwerthu a Marchnata) ac yn diwtor blwyddyn ar gyfer y radd Astudiaethau Busnes a Rheoli. Ym mis Ionawr 2022, ymunodd Nicola â'r Ysgol Chwaraeon fel uwch Ddarlithydd Marchnata Chwaraeon a'r Cyfryngau.

Mae Nicola yn hyfforddwr ffitrwydd rhan-amser ac mae wedi ysgrifennu nifer o erthyglau ar farchnata ymarferol ar gyfer iechyd a ffitrwydd proffesiynol. Mae Nicola hefyd wedi parhau ym myd diwydiant fel ymarferydd marchnata yn y cwmnïau B2B a B2C.
