Mae fy mhrif ddiddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud â hyfforddi chwaraeon ac addysgeg. Ar hyn o bryd mae fy mhrif ffocws ar archwilio arfer addysgeg hyfforddwyr chwaraeon gan ddefnyddio gwaith Lev Vygotsky. Yn benodol, sut y gall hyfforddwyr ddatblygu a chreu'r amgylcheddau dysgu gorau posibl ar gyfer chwaraewyr o bob lefel gallu. Roedd fy ngwaith doethuriaeth yn canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu chwaraewyr ar lefel mini rygbi (7-11 oed) yn Lloegr. Mae'r ymchwil wedi arwain at weithredu deddfau chwarae newydd yn y grwpiau oedran hyn.
