Diddordebau Ymchwil

Mae fy niddordeb ymchwil yn canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar ddefnyddio dulliau amlddisgyblaethol o reoli ansawdd a diogelwch bwyd i liniaru pathogenau a gludir gan fwyd a deall deinameg arferion trin bwyd, twyll bwyd a gwastraff yn y gadwyn fwyd. Trwy’r gweithgareddau hyn, rwy'n datblygu offer diagnostig, yn seiliedig ar safonau rhyngwladol a chenedlaethol, i ymddatrys deinameg y system gymdeithasol-dechnegol a sut maent yn effeithio ar ddiogelwch a chywirdeb bwydydd penodol.
