Mae Gayle wedi bod yn addysgu ar y radd BSc (Anrh) Iechyd yr Amgylchedd ers dros 13 mlynedd ac yn ystod y cyfnod hwn mae wedi dod yn gymrawd ac yna'n Uwch gymrawd o'r Academi Addysg Uwch. Mae Gayle wedi cymryd rhan ar raglen rhagoriaeth addysgu yr Academi Addysg Uwch a chwrs datblygu arweinyddiaeth INSIGHTS. Mae hi hefyd yn addysgu ar yr MSc Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymhwysol ac yn goruchwylio myfyrwyr meistr ar draws y cyrsiau MSc Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymhwysol ac MSc Diogelwch Galwedigaethol, Iechyd a Lles.
