Mae Caroline yn Ddarllenydd mewn Seicoleg Iechyd a Galwedigaethol. Mae hi'n Seicolegydd Siartredig ac yn Gymrawd Cysylltiol y BPS. Mae hi'n aelod llawn o Adrannau Seicoleg Alwedigaethol a Seicoleg Iechyd BPS ac yn Brif Aelod o Gymdeithas Seicolegwyr Busnes. Mae Caroline yn aelod o Gymdeithas Seicoleg Iechyd Ewrop, mae'n Seicolegydd EuroPy Cofrestredig a wedi ei chofrestru trwy'r HCPC fel Ymarferydd mewn Seicoleg Iechyd a Galwedigaethol. Mae hi hefyd yn Uwch Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch.

Mae Caroline yn aelod o Bwyllgor Hyfforddi Seicoleg Iechyd Adran BPS a Grŵp Cyfeirio Cymwysterau QHP (Cam 2) yn ogystal â bod yn Asesydd ar gyfer cymhwyster cam 2 BPS mewn seicoleg iechyd. Mae Caroline yn Ddilyswr BPS ar gyfer y Dystysgrif Cymhwysedd mewn Profi Galwedigaethol, Asesydd wedi'i Wirio gan BPS ar gyfer y Dystysgrif Cymhwysedd mewn Profi Galwedigaethol ac yn ddefnyddiwr prawf seicometrig cymwysedig BPS ac yn ddeiliad y Dystysgrif Defnyddiwr Prawf Ewropeaidd (EFPA).

Mae diddordebau ymchwil Caroline yn canolbwyntio ar seicoleg iechyd mewn perthynas â defnyddio meddyginiaethau, ymddygiad yn gysylltiedig â bwyta, straen a lles yn y gweithle a phrofion seicometrig. Mae hi'n un o sylfaenwyr y Grŵp Seicoleg Iechyd mewn Defnydd Meddyginiaethau ac yn aelod o Grŵp Datblygu Ymchwil Anhwylder Bwyta a ariennir gan NISCHR ac mae'n cymryd rhan weithredol mewn ymchwil sy'n archwilio ymgysylltiad gweithwyr, lles, straen ac ymdopi.
