Mae Paul Wilgeroth yn Ddylunydd Cynnyrch a Pheiriannydd Dylunio profiadol iawn gyda bron i 20 mlynedd o ymarfer proffesiynol mewn diwydiant. Treuliodd ei ddegawd gyntaf mewn diwydiant mewn amgylchedd Ymchwil a Datblygu yn gweithio ar ystod amrywiol o brosiectau ac yn arwain at sawl cais patent llwyddiannus, gyda llawer o ddyluniadau yn symud ymlaen i gynhyrchu. Roedd y prosiectau'n amrywio o gynhyrchion domestig arloesol sy'n arbed ynni i amryw o systemau laser meddygol a diwydiannol pwerus newydd. Neilltuwyd ail hanner ei yrfa ddiwydiannol i rolau rheoli dylunio amrywiol a ddaeth i ben fel Rheolwr Dylunio Cynnyrch Adran Ewropeaidd Hoover.

Ef oedd prif awdur y Rhaglen Dylunio Cynnyrch cyrsiau ac fel Cyfarwyddwr Rhaglen mae wedi gweld y cyrsiau'n tyfu ac yn cael eu cydnabod ymhlith y pum rhaglen dylunio cynnyrch gorau yn y DU.

Ymgymerodd Paul â rôl Cyfarwyddwr Dysgu ac Addysgu a Dirprwy Ddeon yr Ysgol Celf a Dylunio am nifer o flynyddoedd cyn dychwelyd i gyfres o rolau addysgu mwy ymarferol gan gynnwys Pennaeth Peirianneg, Cyfarwyddwr Rhaglen yr MSc Dylunio Cynnyrch Uwch, ac Arweinydd llwybr Rheoli Datblygu Cynnyrch MBA.
