Ar ôl symud fel Athro Cynorthwyol i Brifysgol America Libanus yn Beirut, lle cyfrannodd at gyflawniadau achrediad NAAB a NASAB, daeth yn Athro Cyswllt ym Mhrifysgol yr Almaen yn Cairo, gan gymryd rhan yng ngwaith y Pwyllgor Adolygu Cwricwlwm ar gyfer y rhaglenni BA.a MA.

Mae hi’n aelod pwyllgor ymchwil o’r SAH- Cymdeithas yr Haneswyr Pensaernïol, Grŵp Cyswllt Historic Interiors, aelod o Bwyllgor Gwobr Catalog Arddangosfa SAH, aelod o bwyllgor gwyddonol y Cyfnodolyn “Vitruvio”, aelod o Rwydwaith Cenedlaethol y DU i ddatblygu addysgu mewn Hanes a Theori o Bensaernïaeth, aelod o ACSA - Cymdeithas Ysgolion Pensaernïaeth Colegol, ac aelod o EAHN - Rhwydwaith Hanes Pensaernïol Ewrop. Gwasanaethodd Paola fel curadur nifer o bensaernïaeth ryngwladol ac arddangosfeydd celf (Canada, yr Almaen, yr Eidal, Serbia, Sbaen, Twrci, UDA). Ymchwil Cyfredol

Ar hyn o bryd, mae Paola yn cwblhau ei hastudiaethau ymchwil ar y pensaer Zvi Hecker, sydd â gwaith ledled Israel, Ewrop a'r Unol Daleithiau, gyda ffocws arbennig ar ei 46 Llyfr Braslunio.

Mae hi hefyd yn dyfnhau ei hymchwil am y cydrannau Iddewig a ddylanwadodd ar Foderniaeth bensaernïol, a’r dehongliad o’r dreftadaeth bensaernïol o fewn y ddinas gyfoes.
