    • Fi yw'r Seicolegydd Perfformiad ar gyfer carfan dan 20 yr WRU, gan weithio gyda'r hyfforddwyr, y staff cymorth a'r chwaraewyr. Mae ystod y gwaith yn amrywio o weithio gyda'r U20au i ddatblygu a chynnal diwylliant rhagoriaeth effeithiol ac atebol i baratoi'r chwaraewyr yn feddyliol ar gyfer cystadlu.

    DVLA

    • Rwy'n arwain nifer o brosiectau mewn cydweithrediad â'r DVLA ac academyddion o Brifysgol Caerdydd, Prifysgol Portsmouth, Prifysgol Bangor, Prifysgol Loughborough a Phrifysgol Caerloyw. Mae dau brosiect yn cael eu cartrefu yng Nghanolfan Gyswllt y DVLA, yn gwerthuso Lles a Gwydnwch y gweithlu. Mae prosiect terfynol wedi'i leoli yn y Ganolfan Orfodi sy'n archwilio dylanwad arweinyddiaeth a deallusrwydd emosiynol ar gydlyniant a pherfformiad.

    • Rwyf wedi darparu cefnogaeth seicoleg chwaraeon i unigolion elitaidd ac an-elitaidd, timau, hyfforddwyr a sefydliadau mewn amrywiaeth o chwaraeon er 2004. Rwyf hefyd wedi cofrestru fel goruchwyliwr Profiad dan Oruchwyliaeth BASES. Yn ogystal â hyn, rwyf wedi ysgrifennu ar gyfer cyhoeddiad Gwyddonydd Chwaraeon ac Ymarfer y sefydliad, wedi arwain trefniadaeth Cynhadledd Myfyrwyr BASES yn 2013, ac yn aelod o Bwyllgor Trefnu Cynhadledd Flynyddol BASES.

    • Rwy'n Seicolegydd Chwaraeon arweiniol Undeb Golff Cymru (http://www.golfunionwales.org/dr-rich-neil), gan weithio'n benodol gyda chwaraewyr y garfan Genedlaethol a goruchwylio gwaith 10 o Raddedigion Prifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd. myfyrwyr sy'n gweithio gyda'r sgwadiau Academi a Rhanbarthol. Rwyf hefyd yn Gyfarwyddwr Astudiaethau ar gyfer prosiect ymchwil doethuriaeth sy'n canolbwyntio ar ddatblygiad sgiliau bywyd golffwyr ifanc ac yn cyd-oruchwylio doethuriaeth broffesiynol sy'n anelu at wella llwybrau datblygu hyfforddwyr y GUW.
