Students who have the following qualifications may be considered for direct entry onto relevant schemes at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Foundation Courses

Thanaweya A'ama/General Secondary School Certificate Examination or Al-Azhar General Secondary School Certificate​

Undergraduate Courses

Thanaweya A'ama/General Secondary School Certificate Examination or Al-Azhar General Secondary School Certificate with:

International Baccalaureate or A levels

PLEASE NOTE: International Schools who offer A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate in which case the normal University UCAS tariff points would apply OR

SAT 1 combined score of 1800 or above and a 6 score in the essay can be considered for entry to the first year of the degree

OR High School Graduation Diploma with a grade B average or above and have a ACT (American College Test) score of 20 and above can be considered for entry to the first year of the degree

OR Advanced Placement Tests with grade 3 and above in at least two relevant subjects can be considered for entry to the first year of the degree

OR Foundation Year from recognised institution

OR 1/2 years of a Bachelors degree from a recognised institution from Egypt

Postgraduate Courses

Bachelor degree with a score of 65% (Good) or GPA 2.8/4 and above from a recognised Institution in Egypt

OR Masters from recognised institution in Egypt

OR Bachelors fro​m recognised UK institution
