Dr Stuart Scott

Mae Stuart yn arweinydd modiwl ac yn uwch ddarlithydd ar y rhaglenni BSc (Anrh) Iechyd yr Amgylchedd ac MSc Diogelwch Galwedigaethol, Iechyd a Lles. Yn ogystal â dysgu mae Stuart hefyd yn oruchwyliwr prosiectau ymchwil ac yn diwtor personol. Mae rolau academaidd blaenorol yn cynnwys bod yn Gyfarwyddwr Rhaglen ar gyfer y rhaglen MSc Diogelwch Galwedigaethol, Iechyd a Lles a rhaglen MSc Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymhwysol. Mae Stuart hefyd yn Gymedrolwr Rhaglen ar gyfer y rhaglen MSc Diogelwch, Iechyd a Lles Galwedigaethol a ddarperir ar y cyd â Dimensions International College yn Singapôr.​

Mae diddordebau ymchwil Stuart yn canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu, gweithredu a hyrwyddo strategaethau ac ymyriadau iechyd a lles galwedigaethol cynaliadwy yn y gweithle. Ar ôl cwblhau PhD rhan-amser yn ddiweddar yn ​datblygu fframwaith strategol ar gyfer lleihau straen sy’n gysylltiedig â gwaith ymhlith penaethiaid yng Nghymru, mae ffocws presennol Stuart ar leihau straen yn y gweithle.​
