Dechreuodd weithio ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd yn 2007 ac mae'n Uwch Ddarlithydd yn yr Adran Seicoleg Gymhwysol, yn aelod o Gymdeithas Seicolegol Prydain, yn aelod o'r Academi Addysg Uwch ac yn aelod o bwyllgor Cangen Cymru o Gymdeithas Seicolegol Prydain. (yn gadeirydd yn flaenorol rhwng Hydref 2008 a Hydref 2011).
