Mae Mohammad Haseeb Zafar yn Uwch Ddarlithydd yn yr Ysgol Dechnolegau ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd, Caerdydd. Cyn hyn roedd yn Athro yn y Gyfadran Cyfrifiadura a Thechnoleg Gwybodaeth ym Mhrifysgol King Abdulaziz, Jeddah, Teyrnas Saudi Arabia.

Gwasanaethodd fel Pennaeth y Pwyllgor Ôl-raddedig ac arweiniodd ar yr holl faterion sy'n gysylltiedig â hyrwyddo astudiaethau ôl-raddedig ac ymchwil yn yr adran. Cafodd grantiau ymchwil ar IoT a 5G Networks gan Ddeoniaeth Ymchwil Wyddonol, y Weinyddiaeth Addysg. Roedd hefyd yn Athro yn y Gyfadran Peirianneg Drydanol a Chyfrifiadurol ym Mhrifysgol Peirianneg a Thechnoleg, Peshawar, Pacistan. Gwasanaethodd fel Ysgrifennydd Bwrdd Astudiaethau Uwch ac Ymchwil ac arweiniodd ar bob mater sy'n gysylltiedig â hyrwyddo astudiaethau ôl-raddedig ac ymchwil yn y Brifysgol.

Roedd yn Ymchwilydd Gwadd yn y Ganolfan Cyfathrebu Dynamig Deallus ym Mhrifysgol Strathclyde, Glasgow, y DU. Yn flaenorol, rhwng Medi 2011 ac Awst 2012 roedd yn Ymchwilydd Ôl-ddoethurol ym Mhrifysgol Strathclyde lle bu’n ymwneud â phrosiect 1.3M £ a ddyfarnwyd gan y Bwrdd Strategaeth Technoleg (TSB) ar Recordio Electronig Anifeiliaid, Trosglwyddo a Synthesis (ALERTS) gan ddefnyddio WSN. Enillodd ei radd PhD mewn Peirianneg Electronig a Thrydanol (EEE) o Brifysgol Strathclyde yn 2009. Rhwng Ebrill 2006 a Thachwedd 2009, derbyniodd wobr cronfa ymchwil gan Brifysgol Peirianneg a Thechnoleg ac ysgoloriaeth ymchwil fawreddog gan Brifysgol Strathclyde.

​Enillodd ei radd Meistr mewn Peirianneg Drydanol a Chyfrifiadurol o Brifysgol George Washington, Washington DC, UDA yn 2003. Rhwng Medi 2001 ac Ionawr 2003, roedd yn weithiwr parhaol rhan amser yn ECE Labs. Cyn ymuno â Phrifysgol George Washington, roedd yn Beiriannydd Gweithredol yn SIEMENS Pakistan lle bu’n ymwneud yn weithredol â chynllunio technegol, peirianneg a chyfluniad amrywiol gynhyrchion a systemau. Enillodd ei radd Baglor mewn Peirianneg Drydanol gydag Anrhydedd a rhagoriaeth o UET Peshawar ym 1996.

Mae fy mhrif ddiddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud â dadansoddi perfformiad rhwydweithiau a diogelwch cyfathrebu cyfrifiadurol a diwifr amrywiol. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn dylunio, defnyddio a dadansoddi Rhwydweithiau Synhwyrydd Di-wifr (WSNs), Rhwydweithiau Ad-Hoc Symudol (MANETs), Rhwydweithiau Rhwyll Di-wifr, Rhwydweithiau Ardal Bersonol Di-wifr (WPANs), Internet of Things (loT), 5G Networks, Routing , Amcangyfrif Traffig Rhwydwaith, Rhwydweithiau Diffiniedig Meddalwedd, Cyfathrebu Peiriant Peiriant 2, Algorithmau Cryptograffig a Systemau Cludiant Deallus. Rwyf wedi caffael nifer o grantiau ymchwil ac wedi cyhoeddi / cynhyrchu mwy na 90 o bapurau cyfnodolion a chynadleddau technegol, pob un mewn lleoliadau uchel eu parch.
