Diddordebau Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil presennol yn canolbwyntio’n bennaf ar y llwythau biomecanyddol a brofir gan y system gyhyrsgerbydol yn ystod amryw o gampau, a’r addasiadau cysylltiedig â pherfformiad ac anafiadau mewn ymateb i’r llwythau hyn. Mae’r defnydd o dechnolegau gwisgadwy yn ddiddordeb arbennig – megis unedau mesur anadweithiol a wisgir ar y corff – ar y cyd â modelu cyhyrsgerbydol a thechnegau mathemategol uwch i ddeall biomecaneg symudiadau chwaraeon yn well mewn lleoliadau maes.
