Mae wedi dysgu amrywiaeth o gyrsiau rheoli (er enghraifft, Rheoli, Rheoli Adnoddau Dynol, Newid a Rheoli Trefniadaeth, Ymddygiad Trefniadaeth, Arweinyddiaeth, Rheoli Newid ac Arweinyddiaeth a Chysylltiadau Cyflogaeth) mewn tair prifysgol yn Awstralia (sef, Prifysgol RMIT, Melbourne, Prifysgol Queensland Canolog, Sefydliad Addysg Drydyddol Gynhenid Batchelor, Tiriogaeth y Gogledd a Sefydliad Busnes Awstralia, Adelaide).
