Claire yw Cydlynydd Graddau Ymchwil Ysgol Reoli Caerdydd ac mae’n Ddarllenydd mewn Twristiaeth a Rheoli yng Nghanolfan Gymreig Prifysgol Fetropolitan Caerdydd ar gyfer Ymchwil Twristiaeth lle mae hi'n ymchwilio i ddatblygu cyrchfannau a Busnesau Bach a Chanolig Twristiaeth, Naws am Le, twristiaeth wledig, twristiaeth digwyddiadau, twristiaeth ddigidol, y farchnad lafur a materion datblygu adnoddau dynol.  Mae Claire yn goruchwylio nifer o fyfyrwyr PhD ac yn addysgu ystod o fodiwlau ar draws y rhaglenni israddedig ac uwchraddedig.  Mae prosiectau a gynhaliwyd ar gyfer y Fforwm Hyfforddiant Twristiaeth i Gymru, Twristiaeth y Brifddinas-Ranbarth, Pobl yn Gyntaf, Croeso Cymru, Cyngor Sir Fynwy ac Adventa yn cynnwys: archwilio arfer gorau mewn twristiaeth busnes a digwyddiadau, asesiadau o'r farchnad lafur, darpariaeth hyfforddiant i'r diwydiant twristiaeth, canfyddiadau myfyrwyr ysgol o yrfaoedd mewn twristiaeth a datblygu Naws am Sir Fynwy ar gyfer busnesau twristiaeth.  Roedd Claire yn aelod o Grŵp Llywio Prosiect Busnes Twristiaeth Ddigidol Croeso Cymru a gweithiodd yn flaenorol yn y Swyddfa Archwilio Genedlaethol ar brosiectau oedd yn cynnwys yr Adran dros Ddiwylliant, y Cyfryngau a Chwaraeon.  Yn ddiweddar, cafodd ei hethol yn Ysgrifennydd y Gymdeithas Twristiaeth mewn Addysg Uwch (ATHE), y gymdeithas sy’n canolbwyntio ar bwnc Twristiaeth.

Datblygu Gwerthuso Digwyddiadau ac Offer Ar-lein.  Rhagfyr 2015 i fis Mawrth 2016.  Prosiect a wnaed ar gyfer Cyngor Sir Fynwy gyda Dr Diane Sedgley, Dr Dewi Jaimangal-Jones a'r Athro Nick Clifton.    

Datblygu Ymdeimlad o Sir Fynwy ar gyfer gwybodaeth am Fusnesau Twristiaeth - diweddariad.  Gorffennaf 2010 i Fehefin 2011.  Prosiect a wnaed ar gyfer Adventa gyda'r Athro Eleri Jones.  Gwerth y contract oedd £11,000. 

Canfyddiadau o yrfaoedd twristiaeth ymysg disgyblion ysgol yng Nghaerdydd.  Tachwedd 2007 i fis Mawrth 2008.  Prosiect peilot ar gyfer Croeso Cymru a gynhaliwyd gyda Helene Grousset-Rees a'r Athro Eleri Jones.  Gwerth y contract oedd £5,000. 

BESTBET: Fframwaith ar gyfer Arfer Gorau mewn Twristiaeth Busnes a Digwyddiadau yn Ne-ddwyrain Cymru.  Mis Hydref 2004 i fis Rhagfyr 2006.  Prosiect ar y cyd ar gyfer Twristiaeth y Brifddinas-Ranbarth a gynhaliwyd gyda'r Athro Eleri Jones a Chris Webb a ariannwyd gan Amcan 3 Cronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop.  Gwerth y contract oedd £181,376. 

Gwyliwch y Bwlch: Cyfateb Darpariaeth Hyfforddiant i Angen Busnes.  Gorffennaf 2004 i fis Fawrth 2005.  Prosiect ar y cyd ar gyfer y Fforwm Hyfforddiant Twristiaeth yng Nghymru a Phobl yn Gyntaf a gynhaliwyd gyda'r Athro Eleri Jones.  Gwerth y contract oedd £40,000. 

Datblygu Ymdeimlad o Sir Fynwy i Fusnesau Twristiaeth.  Ebrill 2004 i fis Mai 2005.  Prosiect a wnaed ar gyfer Adventa gyda'r Athro Eleri Jones.  Gwerth y contract oedd £20,000. 

Asesiad o’r Farchnad Lafur a’r Anghenion o ran Sgiliau o fewn y Sector Twristiaeth a Sectorau Cysylltiedig yng Nghymru.  Hydref 2003 i fis Mawrth, 2004.  Prosiect a gynhaliwyd ar gyfer y Fforwm Hyfforddiant Twristiaeth yng Nghymru gyda'r Athro Eleri Jones.  Gwerth y contract oedd £15,000. 

Arolwg o Addysg Uwch Lletygarwch, Hamdden, Chwaraeon a Thwristiaeth sy’n cael ei ddarparu mewn colegau Addysg Bellach yn Lloegr.  Mis Hydref 2001 i fis Medi 2003.  Prosiect ar y cyd a gynhaliwyd ar gyfer y Rhwydwaith Cefnogi Dysgu ac Addysgu ar gyfer Lletygarwch, Hamdden, Chwaraeon a Thwristiaeth a gynhaliwyd gyda'r Athro David Botterill, yr Athro Eleri Jones a Sara Black.  Gwerth y contract oedd tua £30,000.
