Dr. Mae Vera Ndrecaj yn Uwch Ddarlithydd a Rheolwr Prosiect (rhaglen MBA) yn Ysgol Reoli Caerdydd. Mae hi hefyd yn Ymgynghorydd Academaidd ar weithrediad/prosiect Cymunedau Ymarfer Economi Gylchol Prifddinas-Ranbarth Caerdydd.

Mae hi'n Ddarlithydd, Ymchwilydd ac Ymgynghorydd profiadol gyda hanes arddangos o weithio yn y diwydiant addysg uwch. Cyn ymuno â'r YRC, Dr. Roedd Ndrecaj yn Ddarlithydd mewn Rheolaeth Cadwyn Gyflenwi ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru lle mae wedi cyfarwyddo rhaglenni israddedig ac ôl-raddedig yn llwyddiannus. Dr. Enillodd Ndrecaj ei Ph.D. ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru, y DU. Roedd ei hymchwil yn archwilio cysyniad Galluoedd Dynamig yng nghyd-destun Caffael Strategol.

Dr. Enillodd Ndrecaj radd Meistr mewn Gweinyddu Busnes o Brifysgol Morgannwg, PGCHE o Brifysgol De Cymru, BA (Anrh) mewn Busnes a Rheolaeth o Brifysgol Morgannwg, BTEC o Brifysgol Morgannwg, HND o Goleg Glan Hafren, a ffurflen Prince2 APMG International Gweithiwr Achredu Proffesiynol: AXELOS Global Best Practice, UK. Dr. Mae Ndrecaj hefyd yn Gymrawd o'r Academi Addysg Uwch (FHEA), yn Aelod o'r Sefydliad Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth (MintLM), yn Aelod o'r Sefydliad Rheolaeth Siartredig (CMI) ac yn Aelod Cyswllt o'r Sefydliad Siartredig Caffael a Chyflenwi (AMCIPS). Mae hi'n aelod o fwrdd golygyddol yn yr International Journal of Business and Administrative Studies (IJBAS) ac yn Gyd-Olygydd yr Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries (EJISDC).

Dr. Mae Ndrecaj wedi cyflwyno mewn cynadleddau rhyngwladol mawreddog yn ICMSP Caerdydd, VU Amsterdam, Nottingham, Dulyn, Manceinion, a'r UNISA, Pretoria, De Affrica. Fe'i gwahoddwyd fel prif siaradwr yn y cyfarfodydd academaidd a phroffesiynol rhyngwladol. Mae ei chefndir a'i diddordeb ymchwil parhaus yn gynhenid ryngddisgyblaethol. Mae hi wedi goruchwylio sawl astudiaeth MBA a DBA yn llwyddiannus.

Mae ganddi ddiddordeb mawr mewn damcaniaethau ac athroniaethau Rheoli ac Arweinyddiaeth, Rheoli Cadwyn Gyflenwi Cynaliadwy a Systemau Gweithredol, a Galluoedd Dynamig. Ar hyn o bryd mae'n ysgrifennu ei llyfr cyntaf o'r enw “Procurement Strategic Management Dynamic Capabilities Perspective”.
