Mae gan Antje bron i 20 mlynedd o brofiad mewn addysg uwch yn y DU. Mae hi wedi gweithio fel Cyfarwyddwr Rhaglen ar draws pob lefel o raglenni Israddedig i Raddau Doethurol ac mae wedi bod yn weithgar iawn mewn darpariaeth ryngwladol gydweithredol ers blynyddoedd lawer. Roedd hefyd yn arweinydd Cyfadran yr Academi Addysg Uwch mewn prifysgol flaenorol ar gyfer y rhaglen Gymrodoriaeth ac mae wedi mentora dros 40 aelod o staff yn llwyddiannus drwy'r cynllun gwobrwyo. Ar hyn o bryd hi yw Cadeirydd y Grŵp Maes ar gyfer Marchnata.

Mae ei phrofiad ymarferol ym maes Ymchwil Marchnata ac mae hi wedi datblygu hyn i brofiad addysgu mewn Dulliau Ymchwil, yn enwedig Dulliau Meintiol. Mae'n dysgu ar lefel ôl-raddedig yn bennaf ac ar hyn o bryd mae'n Gyfarwyddwr Rhaglen ar gyfer y MSc Marchnata Strategol.

Mae Antje yn ymchwilydd gweithgar gyda dros 70 o gyhoeddiadau ymchwil. Mae ei diddordebau yn canolbwyntio ar ymddygiad defnyddwyr a chymhwyso methodolegau meintiol. Ar hyn o bryd bu'n goruchwylio dau fyfyriwr ymchwil, ac mae sawl un wedi goruchwylio nifer o brosiectau gradd uwch yn llwyddiannus i'w cwblhau.

Mae Antje wedi dysgu ystod eang iawn o fodiwlau marchnata ar draws pob lefel a maint dosbarthiadau mewn gwahanol sefydliadau yn y DU. Mae hi hefyd wedi dysgu ar fodiwlau ym Malaysia a Hong Kong.
