Cardiff Metropolitan has had a close friendship with Oman for a number of years. We have over 50 Omani students at the University and particularly popular subjects include Biomedical Science, Food Science, Business and IT, MBA and Tourism.

We have an Oman Society and Muslim prayer rooms on our campuses. Every year, Omani students celebrate their National Day at Cardiff Metropolitan and also hold celebrations on religious festivals such as Eid.

In addition to regular marketing visits to Oman, the International Office always attend the GHEDEX Exhibitions which are held at the SEEB Exhibition Centre every April. The University also has a memorandum of understanding with Sultan Qaboos University.
