Students who have the following qualifications may be considered for direct entry onto relevant schemes at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Foundation Courses

Sixth Form Baccalaureat (Adadiyah)

OR equivalent of 5 GCSEs (Grade C and above) to include Maths and English

Undergraduate Courses

A Technician Diploma from a recognised institution in Iraq

A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate

OR Bachelor Degree from a recognised institution in Iraq

Postgraduate Courses

A bachelors degree with good grades from leading universities in Iraq and the Kurdistan region

OR Bachelor degree from a recognised institution in the UK

OR Masters degree

English Language Requirements

IELTS 4.5 (4.0 in each area) is required for Foundation

IELTS score of 6.0 (5.5 in each area) is required for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses
