Prosiect SIP Ysgol Addysg a Pholisi Cymdeithasol Caerdydd gyda Rhwydwaith Cymorth Athrawon Cymru. Rhagfyr 2012 - Rhagfyr 2013. (Arweinydd y prosiect). Mae'r prosiect hwn yn brosiect cydweithredol gyda Rhwydwaith Cymorth Athrawon Cymru. Bydd y prosiect cydweithredol hwn yn arwain at gynhadledd ar y cyd ar ddatblygu cynhadledd lles athrawon a gynhelir ar 4 Rhagfyr 2013 ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd, Campws Cyncoed. Bydd y gwaith cydweithredol hefyd yn datblygu set o ddeunyddiau hyfforddi ar lles.

Ymunodd Susan Davis â Met Caerdydd fel Uwch Ddarlithydd mewn Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar ym mis Medi 2004. Cyn hynny, bu’n dysgu ym maes Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar mewn dosbarthiadau Meithrin a Derbyn, cyn dod yn diwtor ar Ddiploma CACHE mewn Gofal Plant ac Addysg yng Ngholeg Gwent Glyn Ebwy. Bu hefyd yn dysgu gyda'r Brifysgol Agored ar eu rhaglenni Gradd Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar. Ar hyn o bryd mae hi'n uwch ddarlithydd ar raglen gynradd TAR, sy'n arbenigo mewn addysg Cyfnod Sylfaen ac yn dysgu Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar ar y BA (Anrh) Astudiaethau Addysgol gydag Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar yn Ysgol Addysg a Pholisi Cymdeithasol Caerdydd.
Yn ddiweddar, mae Susan wedi cwblhau Doethuriaeth mewn Addysg broffesiynol (EdD) o'r enw: Investigating the implementation of an emotional literacy programme on the pedagogy and reflective practice of trainee teachers.
